Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist at Clearway Health focuses on generating, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to build a strong sales pipeline. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls and personalized emails to hospital and health system decision-makers, manage activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Client Development Executives, and aim for 3-5x the individual annual sales quota. The role requires experience with hospital health systems, a bachelor’s degree, 2 years of inside sales experience, and strong consultative selling and communication skills. Travel is 5-10% with opportunities for in-person meetings; compensation ranges from $75k-$90k plus commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with hospital health systems (HHS) is a mandatory requirement.
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 2 years of inside sales-related experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
