Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist China Market SPOC will act as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams, providing guidance on finance processes, ensuring Monthly Closing deadlines, and supporting sales operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with SA&I sales reps, managing CRM records, analyzing market data to inform sales strategies, handling invoicing and contract renewals, and ensuring proper revenue recognition by coordinating with operations and sales. The role requires cross-country collaboration, strong detail-orientation, proactive mindset, and experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations within a multinational setting. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, with Excel, Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and Python being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in your local language
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and Python is a plus
