Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist role focused on supporting the sales team to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, Shipping, Engineering and other departments to meet customer expectations; developing customer relationships to enable growth; assisting with administrative tasks, proposals, and client communications; overseeing the end-to-end order process (entry, pricing, revisions, delivery timelines); organizing sales meetings and client events; preparing sales reports and providing performance insights; and maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure timely order fulfillment. Requires strong organizational skills, initiative, the ability to multitask, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or related roles
- CRM experience desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task under deadlines
- Detail oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
