Job Summary
In the Traverse City Experience Center, greet and engage customers (homeowners, builders, contractors, remodelers) to identify window and door needs, demonstrate Pella products, and build trust. Lead customers through product displays (physical and digital), prepare product-order estimates, coordinate deliveries, and support showroom operations. Assist the sales team with customer events and occasional outreach to prospective builders/contractors via phone, email, or social media. Requires 2+ years in a customer service or sales role; must be confident, outgoing, and customer-focused; CCR/CRM familiarity is a plus. Schedule is Tue–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm and Sat 10:00am–2:00pm with one Saturday off per month; location: Traverse City, MI. Salary typically ranges around $52K–$60K annually, with potential bonuses or incentives per the employer. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus for handling orders and customer relationships.
