Job Summary
Sell tires, automotive, and commercial service while providing high-level customer service on the phone and in person. Listen to customer needs, anticipate requirements, and create positive experiences by communicating effectively on billing and service issues. Ensure accurate entry and monitoring of daily sales data and invoicing activities. Commit to continual improvement, training, and professional growth through occasional stretch assignments. Prioritize safety as this is a safety-sensitive role requiring a valid driver's license and passing background and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background & drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's lic preferred
- 3-5 years previous sales experience preferred
- Prior tire sales experience a plus
