Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions over the phone or in-person to guide contractors on product selection and promotions. Collaborate with outside sales reps to drive revenue while processing orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating product transfers to ensure seamless fulfillment. Maintain accurate records and payments, educating clients on new products and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities. Requires 2-3 years of customer-facing experience, strong computer skills, and willingness to travel up to 10% overnight. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match.
