Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions over the phone or in-person to guide contractors and industry professionals on product selection. Collaborate with outside sales reps to drive sales and resolve needs while educating clients on promotions and trends. Process orders, track inventory, coordinate product transfers, maintain accurate records, and process payments to ensure seamless fulfillment. Assist with warehouse operations as needed. This full-time, Monday-Friday role offers a stable schedule with consistent hours, 20 paid days off, and competitive pay including bonuses. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- preferably in sales
- preferably in retail
- preferably in distribution
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel overnight
- up to 10%
