Job Summary
Prequalify leads, generate quotes, and take orders to assist the outside sales force in exceeding revenue goals for all product lines. Coordinate customer expectations for delivery and installation with operations and management teams while maintaining good public relations with customers, competitors, and vendors. Handle inbound sales leads, convert them into sales, and refer others to field representatives as appropriate. Build and maintain customer and partner relationships by making outbound follow-up calls via telephone and email to qualify leads and sell solutions. Update and maintain CRM records, prepare sales orders, and estimate delivery dates based on delivery schedules. Serve as the main point of contact for basic orders and change orders, resolving customer and partner issues such as accounts receivables. Support the sales team in quotation generation, customer follow-up, and accessing specific customer information.
