Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative supports the branch sales force by prequalifying leads, generating quotes, and taking orders to enable more face-to-face sales opportunities. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound lead activity, meeting quarterly quotas, maintaining customer/partner relationships, quoting prices and terms, scheduling appointments and trade show events, coordinating delivery/installation with operations, acting as liaison across departments for issue resolution, and maintaining CRM data for current customers and opportunities.
