Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative supports the branch sales force in achieving and exceeding revenue goals across all product lines in the assigned territory by prequalifying leads, generating quotes, and taking orders to enable more face-to-face sales opportunities. Responsible for inbound and outbound lead handling, maintaining CRM records, preparing sales orders, coordinating delivery and installation with operations, and serving as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal departments. Builds and maintains customer and partner relationships, quotes prices, and assists Outside Sales Representatives with scheduling appointments, demonstrations, and other sales activities to drive opportunities and meet quarterly quotas. Represents the company with honesty and integrity in public relations with customers, competitors, and vendors, and supports a comprehensive benefits-focused work environment. This role emphasizes coordination with the sales team to optimize opportunities, follow-up with customers, and ensure accurate data in CRM while contributing to a high standard of service and outcome-driven selling.
