Job Summary
Conduct up to 150 daily calls to prospective students using discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to convert warm leads into sales for the Health Coach (HCI) course. Meet and exceed monthly revenue, average order value, and conversion rate targets within a work-to-goal environment where flexibility allows working beyond core hours. Utilize CRM systems and AI tools to manage the pipeline while addressing prospect concerns with empathy and coaching skills. This role requires at least one year of phone-based inside sales experience and a personal passion for health and nutrition coaching. Candidates must reside in an ISSA-eligible state and thrive in a mission-driven culture focused on habit change and life transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state (AZ, UT, NV, ID, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA)
- Core business hours are 6 am to 6 pm M-F AZ Time
- Flexibility to work a schedule within core business hours
- A desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course
- At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience
- Prior CRM experience
- Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales
- Excellent phone-based communication skills
- Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching and desire to help others
- Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base
- Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks
- Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make a personal connection with our prospective students
- Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be
- Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
- Someone who leads with curiosity
- Someone humble enough to know what they don't know, and bold enough to challenge the way things have always been done
- Someone who can advocate hard for an idea and then fully commit when the team goes a different direction

Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred
