Job Summary
Respond to daily customer inquiries, complaints, and requests while maintaining existing accounts and relationships with the Outside Sales Team. Understand customer needs to offer appropriate solutions based on product knowledge and business value, and collaborate with Operations regarding order status. Provide post-sale follow-up and customer support as needed, adapting to changing customer needs with a strong sense of accountability. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This role supports our growing team by delivering timely, tactful service that drives customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of tact, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Solid grasp of business math
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs
- Confident in work quality
- Ability to Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
