Job Summary
Handle 60 to 100 inbound and warm follow-up calls daily with homeowners seeking exterior repair solutions. Qualify homeowner needs involving siding repair, dry rot, roof leaks, window leaks, and exterior envelope issues. Use structured sales conversations, rebuttals, and objection-handling techniques to close service agreements. Follow up consistently using HubSpot CRM and established communication cadences. Guide customers toward committed next steps, including signed agreements, reviews, and testimonials. Maintain high call activity and conversion performance in a metrics-driven sales environment. Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to improve closing performance and customer experience. Hiring process includes a quick phone screening and interview. Strong preference for experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or high-volume phone sales; capable of handling high-volume outbound and inbound calls with a goal-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or high-volume phone sales
- Strong closing ability with confidence, handling objections, and asking for commitment
- Experience using CRM systems, such as HubSpot
- Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed to maximize earning opportunities
- Home services, construction, remodeling, or contractor sales experience preferred
