Job Summary
Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales by overcoming objections and emphasizing salable features. Prepare sales orders, quote prices, and estimate delivery dates based on production schedules. Make outbound calls per activity plans, resolve customer problems including warranty service, and update clients on delivery changes. Enter customer and sales data into the computer database while communicating with buyers regarding product shortages or quality issues. Maintain customer relationships and comply with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school
- 3-5 years' related experience and/or training
- Proficient computer skills
- experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
