Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at Williams Machinery in Surrey, BC. You’ll be the engine room of our sales process, handling inbound heat and keeping the pipeline moving while owning the lead from website, marketplace, and customer inquiries. Prospect high value customers with marketing support and curated lists; use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track opportunities and manage relationships; engage in consultative selling to recommend equipment solutions; collaborate with Parts, Service, and Rentals to maximize opportunities. The role emphasizes grit, high energy, and a willingness to learn, with built-in mentorship and a clear path into Account Management and senior sales roles. Training through the company’s Sales University is provided, and a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in sales or customer service is a plus
