Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative responsible for monitoring procurement channels and working with customers to achieve revenue and margin targets, primarily through monitoring bid boards, answering quote requests via phone and email, developing relationships with repeat customers, and maintaining an active pipeline. Responsibilities include quoting prices, terms, warranties, and delivery dates; entering quotes and customers into Salesforce; processing orders in an ERP system; providing post-sale support; supplying product samples and catalogs; developing marketing strategies to access new contacts within existing accounts; achieving sales and margin objectives; conducting market research to inform territory strategy and vendor relations; responding to opportunities on TLS SOE and FESE contracts; and coordinating with Regional Sales to generate leads. Essential skills include excellent communication, multi-priority organization, product knowledge, customer service, and proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems. Education and experience emphasize an Associate degree in a related field and government contracting experience is a plus.
