Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for facilitating the sales process to generate new opportunities or upsell via phone, email, or other electronic communication. Supports order entry, quotes, and customer service for product information and logistics, inputs sales orders, collaborates on pricing via pricing matrix, and pursues new opportunities through outbound calling and emailing. Role involves project management, tracking open orders, providing timely information, and maintaining margin goals while supporting cross-functional teams. Travel is typically less than 10% and the position emphasizes building knowledge through ongoing training and increasing quota attainment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Preferred: Bachelor or Associate’s degree
- Experience with inventory sales preferred
- 1 to 5 years sales experience (preferred)
