Connect with families by phone and email to guide them through enrollment and confidently close registrations on warm leads. Follow up on prospects to help parents say yes to safer swimmers. Work with a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together. This role requires previous sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfortable with multi-line phones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)
- Organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- 18+ years old
- Must be available to work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day
