Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to establish and re-establish contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase machine and parts and service sales by executing a disciplined phone campaign (20+ calls per day), coordinate demonstrations and facilitate quotes and qualifications, maintain accurate customer account data, and manage territory through CRM tools. Role involves promoting dealership products/services, developing consultative relationships with customers, collaborating with outside sales, and supporting all sales activities including needs analysis, quoting, and order routing. Requires proficiency with multiple programs/systems (e.g., DBS, SIS, Vision Link, SIMSi, Dealer.cat.com, Outlook/Excel/Word), strong communication and organizational skills, and travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years in outbound phone sales preferred
- 3+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 3+ years customer service experience
- 3+ years sales experience
