Job Summary
Establish or re-establish contact with small to medium-sized customers in construction, landscape, and governmental sectors to drive machine, parts, and service sales. Manage an assigned account territory using a disciplined phone call campaign, making 20 calls daily to qualify accounts, demonstrate products, and coordinate retail assistance. Maintain accurate customer data and sales goals within the CRM system while passing parts, service, and rental requests to the appropriate teams. Develop consultative relationships with clients and collaborate with outside sales representatives to promote all Wagner Equipment and Wagner Rents products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years in outbound phone sales preferred
- 3+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 3+ years customer service experience
- 3+ years sales experience
- Ability to inspire and support others
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- 1- 25% travel
