Job Summary
Coordinate demonstrations, facilitate quotes, and qualify small to medium-sized customers in assigned territories by making 20+ disciplined phone calls daily. Maintain accurate customer account and machine population data within the CRM system while tracking specific sales goals. Pass parts, service, and rental requests to appropriate teams and establish consultative relationships with clients. Perform needs analysis to provide tailored solutions and promote all dealership products including sales, parts, service, and rental agreements. Manage multiple sales leads and opportunities using systems such as SalesLink and Dealer.cat.com.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years in outbound phone sales preferred
- 3+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 3+ years customer service experience
- 3+ years sales experience
- Ability to inspire and support others
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- 1- 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years in outbound phone sales preferred
