Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative responsible for assisting with new and existing customer sales, providing product support to outside sales reps, and generating quotes and order entries. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries about product selection, placing orders, pricing, quotations, handling complaints and scheduling deliveries/installations, initiating calls to customers to generate sales, coordinating purchasing and delivery of special products, managing project schedules with outside sales and jobsites, maintaining stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom, researching credits/returns/billing issues, handling special orders and pricing, developing relationships with customers, resolving jobsite issues, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma/GED and 1-3 years of experience in building materials/inside sales; strong computer, customer relations, and communication skills; familiarity with inventory management and ability to work across yards, plants, and offices.
