Job Summary
Conduct sales presentations and manage showroom interactions for designers, remodelers, and retail customers. Assist clients via phone, email, and direct appointments while providing product specifications, pricing, and delivery details. Collect deposits and balances, enter orders into the computer system, and follow up to secure orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain showroom cleanliness, assist with inventory, and resolve customer issues. Work showroom hours including Saturdays with a comp day provided, while participating in after-hour events as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years' experience/hands-on knowledge within construction industry product sales
- Self-motivated, driven to close sales
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the Company
- Computer literate; working knowledge of MS Office
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be able to work showroom hours including Saturdays
- Must be available for overtime as business needs dictate
