Job Summary
Provide timely quotes and handle walk-in sales via phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Process orders with precision, collaborate with warehouse teams to manage stock levels, and coordinate delivery schedules. Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes, resolving customer issues proactively, and maintaining showroom standards. Prepare product samples, catalogs, and credit applications while ensuring data integrity through open sales reports. Pull counter orders as needed and work closely with the Branch Operations Manager daily. This role requires 1+ year in customer service or 3+ years in inside sales, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in customer service or related position
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn and operate company software, including CSD
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering on promises
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years in inside sales or similar position
- Associate's degree in business, sales, or related field
