Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative for Test & Inspections to manage inbound inquiries, qualify and document sales opportunities, prepare proposals and quotes for outside sales, maintain CRM records, coordinate with scheduling and billing, provide professional customer support, and identify upsell opportunities while supporting team initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience within service, construction, or life-safety industries is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot highly preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
