Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small accounts, qualifying new opportunities for senior sales teammates, conducting discovery calls and needs assessments, presenting product and service solutions, and executing targeted campaigns to expand revenue. Must maintain CRM records, collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience, and meet monthly activity, qualification, and revenue targets. Development path leads to a territory-based Outside Sales role with larger accounts; responsibilities include 20 meaningful contacts per day and maintaining a pipeline at multiples of quota. Strong communication, needs analysis, and CRM proficiency are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Salary range is $60,000-$65,000 plus potential bonus with OTE. Hybrid work environment in Hunt Valley, MD.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to qualify prospects and uncover decision-making processes
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and professional growth
- Comfort using CRM tools and sales technology
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
