Inside Sales Representative Support

Provide customer-facing support as an Inside Sales/Customer Service role, handling inbound calls and written inquiries, entering orders, and assisting with pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits, and claims. Actively contribute to selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls, assist with product selection and application, and coordinate a range of customer service requests. Requires solid communication skills and experience in retail or counter sales; High School education with degree preferred. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a stable schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:30pm).
