Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
The ISR will support customer acquisition and revenue growth across a US territory by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound sales, scheduling remote product demonstrations, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize conversions, and consistently achieving monthly/quarterly targets. Ability to operate in a remote or office-based setting, stay current on product knowledge and industry trends, and provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships. Knowledge of Sunbird Software products and the DCIM space is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in remote or office-based environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with CRM experience
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge of data center, IT, or SaaS markets is advantageous but not essential
