Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for owning the sales process from start to finish, taking inbound calls and digital leads, qualifying needs, and converting them into new customers. You will position energy solutions, consistently close deals to exceed targets, manage your pipeline with CRM tools (Salesforce), and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, fast-paced performance, upsell opportunities, and strong communication to build trust and close opportunities across Canadian and U.S. businesses.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles (sales experience is a strong asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- English proficiency is required as you may support customers across our Canadian and U.S. Businesses.
