Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep responsible for providing efficient customer service and offering Sonic products and services to current and prospective customers; drive business growth by handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, acting as a consultative salesperson, engaging with non-technical and technical customers, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while learning product and service changes, with a focus on increasing customer retention and satisfaction. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
