Job Summary
Answer inbound calls, schedule glass repair and replacement services, and input customer data into the system. Order replacement parts to ensure timely availability and explain products to help customers make informed decisions. Proactively follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates while maintaining professionalism in all verbal, written, and digital communications. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong customer service and rapport building.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
