Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative located in San Jose, CA (or surrounding area) responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting RhythmStar to healthcare providers, and supporting the sales lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding. Key duties include high-volume cold calling and emailing to hospitals, clinics, and private practices; qualifying leads; conducting remote sales presentations and product demonstrations; preparing proposals, quotes, and agreements; maintaining detailed CRM records (HubSpot); collaborating with field sales and marketing; expanding service line utilization for existing clients; and serving as a company expert on RhythMedix and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- 0-2 years of customer service, retail, telemarketing, or sales experience
- Strong communication
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
