Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries; prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices; coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns; collaborate with Outside Sales and branch teams to fulfill orders and meet customer needs; requires attention to detail, strong communication, and comfort with data entry and reporting; industry knowledge of equipment specifications and availability; ESOP-advantaged, employee-owned company offering stability and team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred; customer service or branch operations experience preferred
