Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inbound calls, solving problems, entering orders, and following up with customers. Maximize customer contact on the phone by turning product inquiries into orders; suggest accessories or replacement items. Write bids and quotations, document all customer interactions in the ACS system, and coordinate with Outside Sales to ensure account management and service. Support the sales/marketing plan, stay current on products, attend trainings, and maintain the database. Requires strong communication, empathy, organization, and proficiency with MS Office; ability to type 40 WPM. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
- Must be able to type 40 WPM
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel) savvy
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated, and goal oriented
