Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative role handling customer and contractor inquiries, providing quotes and product information across in-person, phone, and electronic channels; inputting orders and pricing into the POS system; maintaining inventory, displays, and pricing labels; assisting with deliveries, installations, and credit/collections; collaborating with Outside Sales to ensure customer satisfaction; developing estimating skills for material takeoffs linked to construction projects; and building strong customer relationships while upholding safety and merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of prior related work experience preferred
- ability to operate POS system (Bistrack) and Microsoft Office
- strong organizational, math, and communication skills
- valid driver's license (Missouri location requires Class E)
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
