Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for building long-term customer relationships and driving sales for wine and spirits via lead follow-up and structured sales calls. Responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, executing sales objectives for each account, preparing professional sales presentations aligned with wine & spirits programs, gaining menu placements and feature promotions, maintaining up-to-date account records, and conducting ongoing account development and monthly communications with assigned accounts. The role emphasizes utilizing state-of-the-art call center technology, delivering RNDC values in customer interactions, and engaging in related sales-related and educational activities. Qualifications include an Associates degree or 2 years of professional experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and WSET Level 1 certification (or ability to complete upon hire).
