Inside Sales Representative

Directly service customers via phone and email daily by processing orders, inquiries, and quotations while confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives. Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business and follow up on all quotations. Assist customers with ecommerce inquiries and consistently maintain a high level of customer service. This role requires a minimum of two years of inside sales experience in the electrical industry, with AS400 experience and electrical apprenticeship background considered advantages. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, effective time management, and product knowledge of the electrical business. The position is based in Nanaimo, BC, with an annual base salary range of CAD 65,000 – 85,000.
