Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at Rexel USA focused on proactive inside sales and marketing to increase profitable sales. Responsibilities include processing telephone orders and quotes, assisting outside sales by handling priority transactions, using digital tools to sell and promote products, prospecting for new accounts within a defined territory, managing and strengthening customer relationships, evaluating customer operations to align with objectives, providing follow-up through the purchasing cycle, and reporting market and pricing information to management. Requires product knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with internal resources and vendors to drive product applications and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience
- High School or GED - Required
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Positive attitude, customer oriented, excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools; ability to work overtime as needed
