Inside Sales Representative (Remote - SC, GA)

Job Summary
Consult with potential and existing customers to match services to their needs, taking inbound calls and making warm calls to close sales and meet objectives. Manage sales leads by tracking and following up on new sales and customer upgrades, while reviewing accounts to identify opportunities for service upgrades. Process orders for installation, activation, or service changes, determine charges, collect deposits, and handle billing complaints. Work with the sales and operations team to generate leads and provide exemplary customer service to retain clients. This role supports Truvista Fiber's rapid expansion of fiber, TV, phone, and wireless networks across South Carolina and Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Must meet WFH requirements (bandwidth, environment, office set-up)
- Residents within our service areas in South Carolina and Georgia preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Industry experience
- Sales experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Solid operating knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and order processing software
