Job Summary
Prospect and develop new customer relationships with schools and libraries by conducting outbound calls and email outreach. Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities while supporting customer renewals and identifying expansion chances. Learn customer needs to recommend subscription solutions, maintain accurate CRM records, and participate in ongoing coaching and team collaboration. This proactive role requires consistent prospecting, strong communication skills, and resilience within a structured sales environment. Based in our Dublin, Ohio office, you will join a collaborative team where high performers advance into senior sales and leadership positions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or relationship management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment
- Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset
- Ability to stay organized and follow through consistently
- Interest in consultative outbound sales
- Mon–Thu: two days 8AM–5PM and two days 10AM–7PM; Fri: 8AM–5PM
- Mon–Thu: 10AM–7PM; Fri: 8AM–5PM
- Mon–Fri: 8AM–5PM
- Up to 10% for conferences and events
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools is a plus
