Job Summary
Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales by overcoming objections and emphasizing salable features. Prepare sales orders, quote prices, and make outbound calls based on activity plans. Maintain customer relationships, estimate delivery dates, and resolve warranty issues or product shortages. Enter customer and sales data into the computer database while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school
- 3-5 years' related experience and/or training
- Proficient computer skills
- experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
