Job Summary
Join Procore as a Public Sector Inside Sales Representative, where you'll support sales for existing public sector businesses, utilize cloud-based software knowledge, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Engineers in a dynamic sales environment. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
- Thorough understanding of the Public Sector, including fiscal years, contract vehicles, buying cycles and complexities
- Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to develop trusted relationships
- Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com
