Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative responsible for the initial client contact, conducting financial consultations by phone to evaluate debt obligations and payment history, reviewing credit reports, and guiding clients toward the most suitable financial wellness programs. Role combines consultative financial counseling with sales acumen to enroll clients, meet enrollment targets and KPIs, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Requires on-site work in Medellín, Colombia, with strong English communication and CRM documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Availability to work on site in Medellín
  • Excelent communication skills in English (C1)
  • Previous experience in credit and/or collections, financial planning and sales preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
  • Knowledge and use of PC Systems
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
