Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative provides prompt, professional sales and sales support to internal and external customers, supporting regional sales managers and agents to attain sales goals through effective relationship building, developing quotes & pricing, order entry, and post-sales support. Responsibilities include managing an existing book of business and developing new customers within a defined territory, utilizing CRM for pipeline and forecasts, outbound prospecting, ensuring timely delivery and technical assistance on Dynisco’s products, entering customer orders in ERP, and driving customer adoption of the eCommerce platform. Collaborates with sourcing teams, interfaces with customers and internal resources, and serves as primary point of contact for setting up customers and post-sales support; emphasizes teamwork across countries/time zones, proactive customer engagement, and continued process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in inside sales of technical products to B2B customers, and multilingual capabilities (English, Chinese).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales of technical products to B2B customers
- Multilingual capabilities (English, Chinese) required.
