Job Summary
Handle product quotations, process orders, and manage customer service requests as the primary contact for all clients within your assigned territory. Answer calls promptly, create and deliver quotes for Precision Pulley and Idler products, and accurately enter order and change order information into the system. Communicate expedited delivery requests to internal departments and process service adjustment requests while maintaining strong relationships with customers and sales managers. Provide backup support to other Inside Sales Representatives and participate in ongoing product and system training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
