Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, guiding customers with product/service information, identifying leads, processing orders and quotes, managing customer accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure orders/deliveries, providing after-sales support and addressing issues, meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with branch/service managers to anticipate equipment needs. Requires strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills; experience with Excel/Word/Outlook; ability to lift 50+ pounds; high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred); 1-5 years inside sales knowledge in equipment rental is a plus. Compensation: $60,000-$68,000 annually plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Preferred Experience: 1-5 years’ experience in inside sales within the equipment rental or similar industry.
