Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative based at our Eugene, OR location. Responsible for providing sales coverage to Peterson’s Power Systems retail customers, following up on product sales leads, supporting the outside sales team, updating CRM with customer information and leads, conducting parts research, presenting equipment and finance options, and quoting service coverage. Works with management to target marketing campaigns, develops product knowledge on Cat and competitive products, and helps grow existing customer accounts through lead generation and pursuit of new opportunities. Entry-level role with training/mentoring to advance to outside sales; requires collaboration, strong communication, attention to detail, adherence to safety and company policies, and the ability to work in a team environment.
