Job Summary
Licensed Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating new business through inbound and outbound sales activity, handling client discovery, quoting (including application process), coverage consultation, and binding across home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines products. Focused on capturing internal, organic opportunities sourced through current clients, client referrals, unit leaders, team members, and leadership. Duties include managing inbound quote requests, outbound lead follow-up, generating quotes and proposals using Xilo and carrier portals, evaluating risks, educating stakeholders on policy features, binding policies, maintaining CRM/AMS records, collaborating with Client Advisors, cross-selling, re-engaging past clients, and achieving annual new business revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Property & Casualty
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Confident communicator with strong phone and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology, rating platforms, and CRM systems
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and driven by performance metrics
