Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing the full remote sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to demos and closing deals. You will own lead generation, qualification, discovery calls, product demos, pricing negotiations, and pipeline management, using SPIN/MEDDIC/Challenger approaches and BANT qualification. Requires experience in SaaS/B2B sales, strong CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales-engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo), excellent discovery and negotiation skills, and a proven remote full-cycle selling track record. The role emphasizes quota attainment, outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling), rapid follow-ups, and collaboration with marketing and leadership to drive revenue. The position is full-time and remote with U.S. client business hours alignment, targeting growth through structured, consultative selling and strong pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, SDR, BDR, or business development experience
- Proven experience managing full-cycle sales remotely
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRMs: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho
- Experience with sales engagement tools: Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo
- Strong discovery call skills
