Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for full-cycle, remote, B2B sales from prospecting to closing across Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Costa Rica. Role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, discovery calls, virtual demos, negotiation and closing, relationship-driven selling, and CRM hygiene using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. Works remotely aligned to U.S. business hours, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities, with quota-driven expectations and a focus on driving measurable revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, and full-cycle B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and closing deals
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho; sales engagement tools
- Strong virtual presentation and communication skills
- Ability to conduct discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closing conversations
- Ability to manage full sales cycle independently
- Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management
- Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC methodologies (Nice to Have: SaaS, marketing services, mid-market)
